[SOLVED] Don't Know What Cables I Need For My Build

I am almost done with my new PC build. But I don't know what cables that came with my 850w P2 SuperNova PSU I need use in order to properly power my build and where they go into the other computer components. I've given a diagram of the motherboard I am using (idk if it helps), I also have given a list of the main parts to my build if it helps. I know the MB cable obviously, but cables like the PERIF I have no idea if I need them and if I do, where they go into the computer itself. My last build was 8 years ago so please bare with me if my questions are rather stupid ones.

the best way to ensure you get everything is to start on page one of the mobo manual and go page by page hooking up whatever is on that page (if you have it). when you hit the end of the manual, then you know you are done. starts with ch 2 on page 13 and walks you through every thing to hook up.

this will ensure you get all the front panel hooked up right and so on. as you hook up power only, hook up the cables you need. prob 1 for the gpu, 1 for sata drives and the main mobo 24 pin/8-pin

Ok, I will do that. Thank you.

no problem. when i built my first few, this is how i made sure i got it right :)

even after literally 20+ years building pc's i still reference the manual if it is something new i've not used before. in fact i just built a new one last week and had the manual open as i went along !!

enjoy the new build.
