Dont know what Power supply i need

I would like to know what power supply I need. I listed all the components for my build and would like to know what you think is best for me to choose.

R9 290x Lighting Videocard 4GB

MSI Z97 Gaming 7 Motherboard

samgsung EVO 840 SSD

Westerndigital Bliue 1TD HHD

I-7 4790K CPU

ballistix 16GB kit (2x8)

H100I CPU cooler

(the Videocard need 2x8 and 1x6 with high amp)

looks like you need at least 700w

For this build, 650-750w is what you want.

That GPU can spike up to 350w by ITSELF.
