Don't know what PSU to get.

I have an r3 1200 with a soon to be rx 580, right now i have an antec vp500pc but i am not sure if its good enough because it isnt a particularly expensive psu, i only have a few choices:
CM mwe 650w bronze 60e
CM masterwatt 750w 78e
CM V 650 102e
Deepcool dq 550st 73e
Gigabyte b700h 90e
These are literally all my options, should i buy one of them or keep my current psu?

Out of that list I would say the CM V 650 102e

How old is that antec? Assuming it isn't very old I would probably just stick with that, it's not a quality PSU by any means but it's not dangerous either and is a decent unit for the price. Plenty of power for your build. The only quality PSU in that list I would really recommend is the Cooler Master V-Series, but it is also the most expensive.

You may find the PSU you have currently doesn't have enough power on the 12v rail to run a 580, depends which model it is. It isn't a very good PSU either, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to upgrade Cooler master V series is by far the best of the ones you've listed.

The antec has enough power to power an rx 580 (400w on the 12v) but the problem is mainly if its good enough that it doesnt go boom since it primarily has capxon, jun fu, aisha and a nippon chemi con cap, other than the v 650 what about the other psus?

Corsair CX, TX and RMx are decent to very good respectively. Seasonic Focus Gold series are very good.
