Dont know what to do

So about a month ago i had got a blue screen while i was on my computer. I tried turning ut back on, but couldnt even get a display. I got a new motherboard seeing how my card is brand new and was tested, and the motherboard gave me display again. Now the issue is i cant get past the windows 10 loading screen to install windows via USB. I was told it couldve been bad ram so i went and got 2x DDR3 4GB ram and still nothing. Even my mother board beep code says bad memory. Im dead confused at this point

bad memory can happen, why are you confused, because never happened to you a hardware failure?

try another psu too, sounds like you could use another psu if you are still on ddr3

Usually with a hardware failure someone knows whats wrong, no one knows whats wrong, and everything is being powered so i dont see why a new PSU would help

a psu delivering improper voltages or unstable voltages will make wonders

also a good reseat of all parts including all power connectors should help, or at least will not hurt

if nothing works, return the ram, if the mainboard is correct, well new ram is required

but first test each ram module individually, to see if motherboard boots with only one module, could be a case where a incorrect ram timing or speed setting is giving you problems

Look at the breadboarding,make sure the sticks of ram are in the right slots,probably start with the second from the cpu,then adding one in the fourth form the cpu.

Other easier thing might be to take the ram out,do a clear cmos,put one stick in the slot i mentioned and go into the bios. If having XMP otion enable it,see how it does.Even id neding to reinstall window,see if you can install it with just one stick.
