This is my motherboard: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HHbkcf/asus-maximus-ix-hero-atx-lga1151-motherboard-maximus-ix-hero

This is my cooler: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3XyxFT/corsair-cpu-cooler-cw9060026ww

I'm a complete noob when it comes to connectors inside a pc, and I'm not the one who put this build together. But I have done some research and it seems that the Corsair Link USB connector plugs into the usb 2.0 header, but it is already occupied by something. The USB on the motherboard says 1112 or something? I wonder what it's connected to... what if I just unplugged it to use the corsair link cable? xD.

Also I feel like the connectors of my AIO pump aren't where they are supposed to be... I'm not sure tbh.

Here are some pictures of the cable and the motherboard.

Hope I don't get yelled at if anythings wrong in there. ;c

Also here is a picture of my corsair link program, it detects two motherboard fans? And one is running at 2300 rpm??? Is that normal because the usb isn't plugged in or.. is there a connector in the wrong place? :/

You only have one internal USB 2.0 header. It probably is connected to the front panel USB ports, that is my guess. It's also my guess the USB 3.0/3.1 Gen1 cable runs there too. If you never use the USB 2.0 ports on the front of the case, you can connect it there instead. Otherwise you may need to find an adapter for the USB 3.1 port, which unfortunately is not found yet, if you use the 3.0 ports on the front of your PC. Otherwise you can get a 3.0 to 2.0 adapter and connect it there if you don't use the 3.0 ports.

I see, that's what I thought. I only use the front usb for my headset which I can place in the back. So then I can safely unplug it and replace it with the corsair usb cable correct? Then what about the rest of my concerns?

Your headset shouldn't have any issue connecting to the USB 3.0 connections. However, no harm if you want to plug them into the back of the motherboard.

Yeah, no issues with unplugging the USB 2.0 connections from the front, and plugging it in there. (The front USB 2.0 ports won't function, but as long as the 3.0 ports do... you're good for one or two items (depending on how many the case has.)

From the one image, I see nothing wrong, other than maybe the pump is rotated 90° counter-clockwise... I say maybe only because someone may complain that the Corsair name isn't oriented right. As long as it fits and keeps things cool as they should be, that rotation is a non-issue in my book.

If what you think isn't where its supposed to be, isn't in these images, I'm afraid I have too little info to say if they are or not.
