Okay so I'm trying to get my computer/video card to display to my monitor.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128456

I have 3 video cards. Video cards A and B work on the motherboard and display an image whereas video card C does not. Video card C does however work on 2 different computers I've tested it with to see if that was the problem.

I don't think the power supply of the computer I want to get working with video card C is the problem because it has more than enough power and powered the other 2 cards just fine.

The fan of video card C does spin normally, but it displays no image via HDMI or DVI, which it has no problem doing so on the other computers I've tested it with.

Do you guys have any idea of what I could try?
I don't know what motherboard it is but if that information is needed, I can look it up

Thanks

i7 950
8gb ram
750W Rosewill 80+ bronze
(The card I want to get it working with: GTX 660) (660 works with a 4690k+z97 and a store bought PC with a 4450e)

The cards that do work with this computer: Radeon x1300/1550 and an R7 250

Try to check, uninstall the video card that the monitor not displaying signal, then clean the contact pin to assure that your vga is normal in the slots. Now check the connections of your monitor either assign as hdmi to pc or dvi to pc. Now after you check it go to the software settings of your display properties check the settings of your both display adapters through the monitors.

I tested the video card on another computer 5 minutes later on 2 different monitors (same monitors I used to test the computer I want to get working) and it works just fine. I can't go to software settings because the monitor detects 0 signal form the video card only when it's in that one computer

I couldn't get any display or signal at all. Well, now I can. I put the card on the second pcie x16 slot instead of the top one and it worked. I don't know why, since the other 2 cards were tested on the top one and worked. Will I lose any noticeable performance by having it on the second instead of the first slot?

This isn't for me, it's for my brother. It's going to be his first computer ever that will be somewhat capable of playing games

Check if there are connections of PSU in video card, if the other vga working in its slots with the same board, meaning the mobo is normal, either if the slots have damage inside. There are main settings in the os that we can't identify might be in bios display adapter settings which divide the interrupt request or the irq

You're not making any sense and your answers are not relevant nor are they factoring in the actual conditions that are being explained by the OP. Either try to direct your answers towards the actual context of this problem or refrain from answering. For example, how do you think anything in control panel is relevant to a machine that doesn't display even the POST or BIOS screens because it has no signal? It's unrelated.
