Don't load a driver when booting up

Hello,

My sound card is preventing windows from booting. I have to disable the driver everytime I shut down my PC so I was wondering if it's possible to prevent a driver from loading when windows starts up and only load it when windows is started.

Your best bet is to simply find working drivers, either older or newer builds meant for your OS. If your card doesn't have drivers for your OS, then uninstalling the drivers and using generic ones might work.
