Don't remember putting up an administrator password

so i was trying to use my computer suddenly there is an administrator password and i can't log on can you please teach me how to take the administrator account or somehow get the admin password ?

don't we have any booting system something like that ? i believe that someone put up that password . and my computer is totally useless

i remember making my own user but not the admin i never used it , now i cant even see my own account when i try to log on its just the administrator

When a computer is new the first account is admin from the start. Then you can setup other user accounts.
