Don't see way to edit signature/computer setup

On my Account Settings page, there are three lines with Computer Setup and Signature being two of them. But there's no edit button for that section, even though down below it there's a "save my signature" checkbox (which was already checked). I've tried in three browsers, so what am I missing?
