I've seen other messages about downloads that are blocked and how to remove
the stream... I've downloaded a ZIP file the continues to be blocked even
after downloading and executing the streams executable. The properties do
not show it being blocked, but when trying to view the contents the panel is
empty, and the the windows zip manager will not allow the contents to be
unzipped because it says the file is blocked. Can someone PLEASE help me??

Hi -DB-

Does moving the file to FAT32 partition and then transferring it back help?
If not, post the Zip file download URL (if public).

Thanks for the tip. I sent it off to a programmer friend who was able to
open it right up. Not sure why - I don't belieuve he's running a FAT system.
Must have been sun spots.

Hi,

Maybe your friend used a 3rd party zip manager.
