Donwloading onto a USB drive from Mac OS X

Alright, so I just built my first PC, but it doesn't have an optical drive so I have to download windows onto a USB. The problem is that the only other working computer in the house is a Mac. Is there a way that I can use the USB/DVD Download Tool on Mac and put it on the USB drive. Then I can put the USB in my new PC and then boot normally?

I don't want to boot windows to the Mac computer. I have a seperate PC I want to boot it into. This talks about Boot Camp Assistant which boots Windows on the Mac.
