Doom Running on low FPS?

Im trying to play Doom on ultra 1080p, expecting to get somewhere around 190 fps, but instead im only getting 90 or so, whats wrong?

Open 'Task Manager' and while the game is running, check to see if anything else is consuming a lot of CPU/GPU/MEM/HD(if so, disable/end task that app). Make sure V-SYNC is turned off. Make sure all drivers are up to date. Use a hardware monitor such as this: https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html (or similar) and check to see if the GPU or CPU are running too hot. If so, you may have to invest in some better cooling.
