hello
doom2 keeps freezing then it crashes
when I click the doom2 icon in the taskbar it works again but the same thing
keeps happening
I have installed the radeon omega drivers etc could it be a memory problem
I have 512 of ram installed loads of disk space
can you help?

Source ports for Doom:
http://www.doomworld.com/classicdoom/ports/

Recommended ones would be either prBoom (compatability), ZDoom
(versatility), or JDoom (improved rendering).

Doom is a special case - Driver upgrades have absolutly no effect since all
rendering is done by software (unless youa are using one of the source
ports in the link above.)

The problems you described are most likely generic problems with the Doom95
implementation that you are using.

Reload your video card driver.
