Dos driver for ide cdrom

I'm trying to bring a 486DX back to life. Where can I get the drivers to get my cdrom working so I can install WIN95.
I have an LG IDE drive connected to a Sound Blaster CT2740 ISA card.

Try bootdisk.com... you can find multiple disc images there to create bootable diskettes with CD-ROM drivers.
