This is probably driver problem, Nvidia dont sell GTX 770 chips anymore so they dont update drivers to the GTX 770's either. (not as i seen at least)
so do u think to me better to buy GTX 960 G1 Gaming Or GTX 770 SC ACX , i mean for driver update u say "Nvidia dont sell GTX 770 chips anymore so they dont update drivers to the GTX 770's either" ?
I would say the 770 is a slightly better card but it also uses more power. As to your other question about fps drop......I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.
thanks bro , fps drop i mean as example like if u r playing dying light at 60 fps at medium settings in some areas the fps drop to 45 this what i mean because i have Sapphire R290 Tri-x and in dying light it drop to even 20 fps

I know Dying Light had some fps drop problems before, i dont know if they fixed it with driver updates or game update yet. I would think they have tho.

FPS drops can be caused by a whole range of problems not just limited to the gpu, i.e psu, cpu, ram, hardrive. In theory a 770 should be able to maintain a 60 fps in dying light but the game engine is garbage.
ofc they do update for 770, jeez they still do update for gtx470. Why dont you think about R9 280X? Its same price and have more Vram, higher bandwidth.

thanks bro and i think the R280x is ridicules like my R290 Tri-x 4GB imagine that bro i have only 30 fps in some areas , the AMD GPU's i think is better with Program but for the games Nvidia GPU's Is much better , my old GPU GTX 560 TI Windforce run dying light better then my new GPU R290 Tri-x i'm just saying

I know they still update them for graphic bugs, but do they still update for performance?

Thats most ridiculous statement i heard in my life.
