I have a few questions so I'm running a i7 4790k on a MAXIMUS VII HERO and have one 780 ti and i would like to sli it so that will be all 3.0 lanes but I'm using a wireless Adapter so will that affect what lanes being used by the 780 ti and what PCle gen dose m.2 so in the end I would like to have 2 780ti a wireless adapter and a m.2 on a i7 4790k running on a MAXIMUS VII HERO will this work or will I just need to use the lanes for the 2 780 ti

Solution
Your GPUs will be completely separate on the PCIe 3.0 bus.

M.2 can use up to 4 PCIe 2.0 lanes. Most wireless cards will only consume 1x. You might have other internal devices consuming PCIe lanes, such as SATA controllers and USB 3.0 controllers.

However the Hero is pretty sparse on extraneous features unrelated to overclocking, so it undoubtedly supports the M.2 slot occupied and enables all but the first PCIe 1x slot, or perhaps all 4.
