Dosent work on windows 10

I see you have winrar still open. Have you extracted it? Error message?

I don't have any error just the interface of nvflash idk why it is like this i can't write anything in nvflash and i want to update my bios because my gpu is in idle mode 135 mhz and is stays in every thing in every game and so on do you have any ideeas how could i fix that ?
