Hello, I recently acquired a new Nvidia 1060 GTX graphics card and I've noticed this dot grid appear on a game launcher window and in one game. I've ran about 7-8 other GPU demanding titles and several benchmarks without encountering the issue. The card has been monitored since day 1 and has never gone beyond 70C, usually idles ~38 and 65 on load. Looking at videos of other people play the games wherein I've seen this problem I have noticed it does not seem normal. Drivers are up to date, really trying not to RMA since it does perform beautifully with every game I throw at it but these two things have me worrying. Thanks

Edit: When looking at the images from another computer I noticed the problem is absent, so I took some images of the tv. It seems the issue may lie with the tv. Video recordings do not show the dot grid on other computers, however it does not appear to show on the PC/TV in question either but prnt scrn does reproduce the effect -except when I zoom in then it goes away. What is really perplexing is how I cannot reproduce this with other media. Is the feed that is being sent over from the graphics card handled differently from the systems involved in recording it so that what is being recorded may in fact be correct but still displayed incorrectly? Think its safe to call it? Yeah I know, I need another tv to test, don't have one right now. Have tried several cables.

Edit2: Now I'm not so sure, when plug into the integrated graphics the problem is gone, does this look like a driver issue or should I RMA at this point?
