Dota 2 at 144hz (100+ fps) and 1080p

I just placed an order for BenQ XL2411Z 24-inch 144Hz and am planning to buy the FX 6300 processor + GTX 760 GPU. I am planning to run DOTA2 on 1080p, ultra settings and 100+ fps. Would this be sufficient ? Or would I need a stronger processor as I have heard that source engine games are CPU intensive ?
(I am not worried about other games, as long as they give a 30+ fps)

its fine enough for dota 2, its not really demanding game. and you can get 40-100fps for almost all games. but if you could wait for 960 about a month , that would be great.
i would recommend to get i5 if you can raise your budget
