Dota 2 Blackscreen no display Please Help!

I'm having a problem in dota 2 ... Sounds on the background but black on the screen.. is occasionally occurred some times in games 2 or 3 games.., can't even alt tab or go task manager with this black screen my only option is to reset the system.... i have two rig with same problem Amd A10-9700 and Ryzen 3 2200G same board (Gigabyte A320-DS2) memory is Avixer Core Series 2400 8GB.. hardisk Seagate 1Tb. Both running windows 1064bit please help thanks...

Very often the game crashed your complete PC, by crashing the driver - that the sound still plays misdirects you...
Check the system log if the driver crashed.

can't find anything there except the system reset log... driver crashed without any error? no issue when i play pubg, fortnite, or ros..

If the driver crashed, and the sound still plays, there should be entries. If there are not, the driver was not the problem.
I have no idea now...

i already fix this by reinstalling the driver (clean installation)... this issue maybe cause by microsoft creators update.
