i have fps drops in teamfights in dota 2
Specs of my comp are
gtx 750ti, i also tried with gtx 960 oc edition 2gb and still no better result
i3 6098p
8gb ram
motherboard is asus b150 pro gaming
and i have ssd and dota installed on that ssd
windows 10

i have same fps drops on lowest and on highest settings, V-sync turned on and off gives me the same result. I tried with nvidia control panel, none of that settings didnt help. I tried with launch options, commands like -high -dx12 that also didnt work for me
I checked the temperatures and both gpu and cpu temperatures are fine. I really have no idea whats happening. All drivers are up to date, i reinstalled steam and dota several times, but no difference. I reinstalled even the drivers but that didnt work out aswell...
Does maybe my cpu bottleneck my gpu, or maybe my motherboard is causing this fps drops? I am not specialist so... The only thing i know is that there is no problem with my graphic card
HELP?

It might be a GPU problem.... I mean your GPU is not powerful enough to handle it... As GTX 750ti is in category of one of the top rated POWER EFFICIENT GPU, but might not give great performance.... As it goes for gtx 960, it may not be able to get enough power from your PSU.
HOPE THAT HELPS!

No problem... I think I caught the problem... Take a look at this:
http://www.gamingpcbuilder.com/dota-2-reborn-hardware-performance-benchmark/
It must be your CPU! It's totally not a GPU isuue... Your CPU is a dual core which meets the MINIMUM requirements.
WAS THIS HELP FULL?

First of all tell us what you mean with FPS drops,if you get 200FPS and drop to 120 in team fights than that's not a problem.
WTKnight, the i3 is a 4 thread CPU and is way over the minimum.
Even a celeron plays this game, teamfights are more demanding than being alone on the screen so you get less FPS there unless you limit your FPS to always be lower than your maximum.

it drops from 60 to 40, doesnt run smoothly and its very annoying. I have the same fps drops on highest settings ,and the lowest. I really dont know what to do now

Listen, i just watched on the youtube how people play on i3 processors with gtx 750TI on a very good settings
Can this be an issue with the processor in the way of hardware problem, not software? I think its not bottlenecking. I think that the problem is in the component

You have to find out what is causing the problem,if just put in an i5 it might fix it but it might not.
You will have to check everything,if temperatures are ok,if the clocks of the CPU GPU are always at the max, that there is nothing running in the background, that there is no problem with windows and so on.

so i already checked different gpu, that didnt helped. I checked the temperatures, they are ok. My Cpu load is higher than my GPU so i think that is called bottleneck, so i will try some i5 processor and post the results here, ofc if i find 1. I already called my friend and he will see what he can do, if he can give me his procesor on test, that would be great. I reinstalled windows aswell

Sorry for late response!!! But I dont think you might need a new processor....
Just check the link I gave you previously ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=403936227 ) it will surely help. You may not be able to get the optimum of your GPU..... GTX 750 ti can even handle GTA 5 at about 50 to 60 fps, so Dota 2 is not a problem..... Checking the link will give you some instructions to increase fps!
Best of luck!

well i cant do anything now to make it better. I really cant play with that large drops, its annyoing really... Its just like being useless to me. I dont even now for sure that my procesor is causing the problems, drops or whatever... I checked the link you gave me, and i just put some commands in launch options and idk if they will work fine, but if i spend 600$ on the computer i expect from him to perform good if you know what i mean...

If yes, than:
1) ( FOR WINDOWS 10 )Disable Xbox application in Windows that may cap the FPS in all games to 60.
2) Set fps_max in console to 120
3) Turn off the VSync
4) Check your autoexec / config for mat_vsync 1, if you find it, change the value to 0.
5) Disable Vsync completely from your GPU driver panel, it overrides the game settings.
( TIP ) Make sure to not run the FPS test in local lobby as it will affect the FPS drastically, test it in game on valve hosted servers.
Make sure for the Point 5, AS IT MAY BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM...

i have windows 10, and if turn off v-sync my game is not smooth at all, i already set max fps at 120, and i didnt delete xbo i will do it later and post the results here... i have very fast internet so that is not a problem. I have DirectX12...
