Dota 2 fps just went completely unstable

Hello. Today i came here to tell you about my problem which occured bout week ago, but i thought it was due to computer being full with random apps. So i reinstalled my windows (now W7 64-bit) and after all driver download, it didn't changed what so ever. I was amazed why so i thought maybe someone has same problem which was fixed.
Games i usually played was cs:go aprox. stable 150fps and dota2 stable no lower than 80fps
Now cs:go 20-100 fps and not stable anywhere just going down and up, same as dota 2 20-60fps

I would suggest you to open the case and check if there is dust. Because the configuration looks good, and should definitely be able to support the 2 games u listed. Heat may not be the problem, but please do check up the temperatures when playing, using RealTemp or a similar program.
