[SOLVED] Dota 2, not getting the highest fps

I have build a gaming pc with specs: GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8gb, CPU: i7 8700k, and 32gb ram with 2000 MHz, motherboard Asus ROG Strix z390-E Gaming but I still cant get the highest fps on Dota 2, right now its giving me 210 fps, and I cant figure out why I cant make it give me a stable 240 fps, the highest that the game offers?

could very well be a ram bottleneck. Nowadays 3000Mhz ram is considered the starting point for a decent build.
