I am having issues with DOTA 2 and only DOTA 2 were after playing the game for usually about 10 minutes it will suddenly freeze up from anywhere to 2 seconds to 10 seconds and then disconnect me from the game. I am still able to talk on teamspeak but that's about all. This usually happens multiple times throughout the game depending upon how long the game lasts of course. It only happens while in-game.
I have monitored my task manager settings while it happens and I am noticing that right before it freezes my Disk usage will spike to 100% and then my CPU will drop to about 1% and everything in my disk activity will close out except for the system files. Then suddenly everything will come back.
I have tried reinstalling DOTA, HD Tune to check my hard drives, monitored my CPU temp (It stays at about 30C), virus scan, CCleaner.
Like I said I can play any other game just fine and it never happens when I'm doing anything else. All drivers are updated. I am able to spectate games just fine as well.
