[SOLVED] Dots are appearing on everything Windows related, and missing letters?

Simply put, all text is usually missing letters, and this isn't Chrome exclusive. It also happens on Discord, but it doesn't happen on Spotify. Here's a screenshot to explain what I mean:

Full technical specs of the system?

If this happens with integrated graphics, then you may have a problem with your ram.
Run memtest86 and test your ram.
