dots on screen

What r white dots on my tv screen???

Stuck pixels or a dying/overheating gpu from the computer attached to it.

Hey, I had this nice white dots on vidoes. The problem was easy to solve ! I had the back of the PC to close against the wall, so the air coudn't get out! So the graphic card overheated. Now with 5 inches freedom the problem is gone. Isn't that something !
