Dotted Lines on Display

I have a brand new AOC display. Recently I messed up with Windows activator software and i just deactivated my windows. When i activated it back i am facing something wired on my display. While windows 7 start-up screen load and than the window get open at that time dotted Red, Green , Blue, Yellow Lines appears on the top left corner of my display and than it disappears with widows home screen. I tried formatting , upgrading, degrading window. Still it appears. Please help me out Tom. My Request. No way out for me.

You need to get a valid OS first.
No idea if that is the cause, but that's where you need to start from around here.
