double beep during boot

i have just got all my part and i set it all up , but when i put my R9 graphics card in and try using it the pc beeps twice but nothing comes up on the screen. but with some old a** graphic card i tried it worked fine , the bios booted up no problem. just with the R9 it beeps twice and just carries on running without any screen display . any ideas? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/WqBXZL here is my build

Your best bet is to search online for Gigabyte's Beep Codes... it could be something like one of your memory modules is failing...

my bad.... i fixed it.... i only plugged in 1 wire my graphics hard when i had to plug in 2 i gues the first slot was for the fans and the second for the actual card
