[SOLVED] Double Boot

I just finished a new build. X570 Mag Tomahawk MB, Ryzen 5900, 32gb DDR3600, GTX 3080, Samsung 970 SSD. I do not overclock (no need with my new components). For some reason when I start computer it will not boot. After I get a no video signal on my monitor I hit the reset button and it will boot right up. I am not sure what is causing this behavior. It will always boot if I hit reset. 90% of time it will not boot first try. Any ideas what is problem and how to correct?

make and model of the psu?
latest bios?

You have the reset switch on your case plugged into the power connector on the motherboard and vice versa.

I have exact same problem with old pc. I tried brand new psu, diffrent ram, diffrent cpu, diffrent gpu. New cmos batery. Nothing solves the problem. I will be watching thread for a solution.
