Double files same memory

Hello I was just wondering if theres a way I could have two or three of the same mp3 files on my External hardrive and not lose any memory for the copys. Im Currently useing my hardrive for listening to music in my car on my radio so id like to be able to listen to all the music on the hardrive or just to listion to a selected artist kinda like how you can on a Ipod. Tanks for the help in advance and sorry about my speeling and gramer never was good at english lol.

Ideally if your car stereo can detect playlist files, you could have a single copy of song which is linked/queued in multiple playlists.

Copys of the same song will take that much more extra space.
