Double install

Hi, I need to know whether it would be possible to install windows 7 onto two drives in the same system, such as a ssd & hdd combo. I also need to know how to set up SRT in that case, or if boot information is copied or replaced by using SRT. Is SRT in the software or hardware? Can i still copy boot information & micromanage applications & files without SRT?

Yes, you can install windows on 2 drives in the same system. I don't understand the SRT question though...

smart response technology, it is supposed to recognize the highly used programs and files and add them to the ssd so that they will open faster.

SRT uses the faster drive to make copies of files that can be accessed quicker. You would not get direct access to said cache drive. you would only need to install Windows once.

Rather than using SRT I would suggest installing Windows and select programs directly on the SSD and using the HDD for less used or less intensive programs and user data.
