double isp privacy

can my isp notice if i use another isp on the same router?

i have currently 2 separate isp on the same router, and was wondering if one could see the other,

You need a special router to run 2 ISP. Traffic will never go between the ISP mostly because you have 2 different wan isp and the routing would not work if the traffic somehow managed to get across.
