Question Double nvme m.2 ssds

So I built a computer a couple of months ago, It was my first time building a PC which means I'm a complete newbie when it comes to hardware.
Here are the specs:

NZXT S340 elite
i7 8700K
NZXT Kraken x62
Gigabyte z370 Aorus Ultra Gaming
G.SKILL RipJaws DDR4 16 GB 3200 MHz
Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080 TI
Corsair 750 watt
Samsung m.2 960 EVO 250 GB

Recently I was thinking about buying another m.2 nvme ssd (Samsung EVO 970 Plus) as I'm planning to do some 4k editing and my primary m.2 ssd was meant for OS and a few games at the first place.
So let's say that I use up both of my m.2 slots for metioned ssds, are both of them going to be able to reach the max speed? Is using up both of m.2 slots somehow going to effect my GPU performance?

In theory you won't be able to have max bandwidth to both M.2 drives simultaneously. In practice you'll be fine.
