Double Port Forwading Deluge?

I can't seem to port forward my Torrent client through. Here's my setup:
Internet --> Modem (Bridged) --> Router --> Extender --> PC

Modem: Sagemcom F5350
Router : ASUS RT-AC66U
Extender: NETGEAR EX6200

Port i'm trying to forward: 62958

Help please! If there's anything I missed, please tell me and i'll add it to the post

your extender is acting like a switch right? You are on the same subnet as the router yes?

If so, just normal port forward setup on the router, ignore the extender. You aren't providing a detailed description of how you setup port forwarding on the router so unable to tell if that is setup correctly or not. Also, is the PC on a static address or dynamic.

Yes the extender acts like a switch. My PC has an static IP yes. So how i'm forwarding the port is like this:

I have tried both disabling DHCP on the Sagemcom and enabling it but no results.
