Since you don't identify where this data comes from, I can only guess that this is a metric since an outage has been reported to the site.

What that means to me is that there have been 104 sessions created by 558,958 users lasting a total session time period of 8 days.

These are statistics for a vpn server that connects via ssl, l2tp/ipsec, openvpn, and sstp.

how to understand 8 days here? Vpn connection won't connect on 9th day?

What is 104 session means ? That means they are 104 computers connected to that vpn?

8 days is probably an approximate number of accumulated hours across all users. 104 sessions is probably 104 connections at that moment.
