If the two digital multimeter tips touch each other and at the same time they touch the two contacts of a Li-Po battery, is there a noticeable problem with the battery? I tested my 3.75v Li-Po battery then this problem occurred and I tested the battery again with a digital multimeter and 3.75v appeared again

When testing a battery the probes should not be allowed to touch each other.

One probe at the + terminal and the other probe at the - terminal.

Use the correct probes. Red for +, black for -.

If you allow the probes to touch then there will be some current flowing in a circuit from one probe to the other.

I would not expect the results to be accurate.
