Doubt choosing PSU and Motherboard

My current PC had a short on the Motherboard and I'm buying an i3 6100 with 2x4GB of GSkill DDR4 Ram.

Now the question is whether to get a MSI H110M Eco (which I prefer for the all black design) or Asus H110M-K.

And about PSUs:
XFX TS430W
Or
Corsair VS450W

Can you please tell me why you chose the Asus over the MSI one? They basically have the same specs right?

Edit: Also The GSkill are 42.90€ and I found some crucial Ballistix DDR4 2400Mhz for 39.90€, which one is preferable?

I prefer ASUS quality , the XFX PSU is made by SEASONIC and I prefer Gskill modules.​
