Question Doubt MDisc DVD fails

Their whole marketing is long term storage, so I wouldn't think that is a concern. I recall the demo videos of them dunking them in liquid nitrogen showing how stable they are. My needs for optical storage kind of went away at the time those were launching, so never got my hands on a M-disc capable burner.

Burning errors are possible. If you are doing serious backups then you want as stable a system as possible dedicated to making the discs.

I do recall that you may also want to add filters to the computers intakes as the drive does create some dust, and that the drive should be service somewhat regularly with fresh lube and belts every once in a while.

I have MDisc DVD and the Asus drive compatible with writing, I energize the drive once a year and place a disc inside it, my burns I read test with nero discspeed and rad test with imagburn and it showed no errors, this mdisc dvd is Is it easier to present errors during burning or later in storage?

I use an air dehumidifier in my room where I store the DVD mdiscs but the problem is that it increases the temperature a little 35-36C

I read on a forum that some people have problems with recent mdisc but I don't know if it was during burning or after burning in storage
