So, I want to update my pc, what do you think ? I've about 700$ (dollars).
CPU: i5 2500k @3.3
GPU: Ati HD 6959 2Gb XFX
MOBO: Asus P8H61M-LX (Must change)
RAM: 2x8 Gb Corsair Vengeance
SSD: OCZ 126Gb (Get an extra one )
HDD: 1 Tb generic (Must change)
PSU: XFX 1000w Black Edition
CASE: Sentey Arvina (I'd like to change it)

Solution
Your 2500k is still pretty good, so here is what I'd consider:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($0.00)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($134.41 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial M500 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB Double Dissipation Video Card ($359.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $674.37
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

* Keeping your CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, & PSU.
* Added CPU/HSF, so you can OC the 2500k if you like :)
* Upgraded to a really nice GPU!
* Added a 240 gb SSD!
* Added a good solid inexpensive case.

Thanks ! Since I'm a designer I need a good CPU and a good CPU Cooler with it. Am I going to be able to run my 16gb at 1600mhz with my CPU ?
Thanks again !

And I can't find that AsRock mother, are there any other good ones ?
That graphic card is way too expensive here in Argentina.

Thanks again !

If you buy a newer Mobo (Z77/Z87) you will more than likely have the option to use up to 32 gb's of RAM with them. Your current Mobo can handle up to 16 gb's of RAM. Unless your using a 32 bit OS, you should be fine using all of the RAM.

If you can't find the Asrock Mobo, try looking at Gigabyte/MSI/Asus z77 or z87 based boards.

As far as the GPU is concerned, I would go with the R9 280/280x or even the GTX 760/GTX 770, which ever can fit your budget.
