Doubt, which component should I upgrade/add?

I have a simple question. I currently have an asus hd 6850 and was wondering whether to add an SSD (I only have an 500 gb HDD) or change my graphics card for an hd 7870. Which component should be upgraded/added first?

For GAMING.. the card... for more speed in normal things an SSD but that wont have much effect in games apart from improving level loads...

It depends, if you are happy with your current cards capabilities then adding a SSD for OS and frequent programs will make for a snappier system especially on start up.
