I will be able to run games like crysis 3, farcry 3, battlefield 3, bioshock infinite, assassins creed 3 all in very high or ultra with no lag?

Crysis 3 no, BF3 high at least but maybe not all ultra, but everything else yea pretty easily.

did u purchase this yet? if not, its not going to work, you will require a bios update to use that cpu. also your cpu takes up to ddr3 1600mhz, and h61 tops out at 1333. so get something more like a b75 board.
