Down arrow key not working.

Hello all, I have an issue with the down arrow key on my keyboard not working. I had a blackwidow keyboard a few months back that I had for about a year and a half, but I realized the down key wasn't working. I decided that it had lasted me enough time so I went out and bought myself a new one. Down arrow still not working, I've tried multiple keyboards and still haven't found the solution. It can't be the keyboards, I'm just not sure how to resolve it.
All help will be greatly appreciated.

Turns out it was puush that was disabling the down arrow.
