Down clock an AMD FX 8350 from 4.0Ghz to 3.80Ghz

Hi Everyone,

I need to down set my speed from 4.0Ghz to 3.80Ghz due to high temps causing certain games to crash. I have disabled Turbo boost in bios but decided to use AXTU Asrock extreme tuning utility to accomplish this down grade.

I need to know the values for the following: IE what to set them at.
1) CPU Voltage
2) CPU Voltage offset
3) CPU NB Voltage
4) NB Voltage
5) HT Voltage
6) SB Voltage
7) SB Voltage
8) CPU VDDA Voltage
9) PCIE VDDA Voltage
10) CPU Frequency
11) PCIE Frequ
12) CPU Frequ Multiplier
13) HT Ratio

AND BREATH!!!

If most of them you don't need then just mention the ones that are required.

What happens if I increase PCIE Freq or PCIE VDDA Voltage??

Downclocked my CPU from 4.2 to 4.1 at 1.350v to make it stable for my motherboard.Anything above that ,BSOD in Windows 8.1 is the result.Anyway,here are my settings-
1)CPU Voltage-1.350V.
2)-9)Auto.
10)4100 MHz.
11)Auto.
12)x20.5
13)Auto.

Hope this helps (and hope someone helps me about the BSoD issue ).
