Down Key Keybord

everytime i start my laptop, down key always activated. i have to press it so it would stop functioning. also when i dont press it, my pc just randomly beep [loop]

OS: Windows 7
GRAPHICS DRIVER: Intel Graphics 4000

replace the keyboard or take off the key and see if something is making it stick
