[SOLVED] down right menu pop ups dont open

when I click clock and date icon it doesn't pop up I have tried restarting windows explorer.exe.
also, the notification icon doesn't work and the audio icon doesn't work
please help

Try a proper "Restart" so system reboots instead of just restarting explorer.exe

How do I do that?

Right-click Windows icon at far left of taskbar.
Choose "Shut down or sign out".
Left-click "Restart".
