downclocking fails new ram not booting and no signal

New ram (ddr3 4 gb 1600 mhz ) not supporting on my motherboard(1066).

i am using windows 8 64 bit my processor intel pentiom dual core e6700 3.2ghz
i have nvidia geforce 210 graphics card
now i am running wiyh my old ram.
my bios is american megatrends .inc
I need help? please.

Return it because it won't even boot, also try to look for a different brand RAM.

The DRAM probably uses the high density memory ICs (4Gb) which aren't compatible with G41 which wants the low density 2Gb ICs, might look at GSkill's NT 1066 sticks
