Hello All,

I have been using Lenevo G570(3GB RAM, 500GB HDD, I5 Processor) with Win-7.

I have offered to update my Windows 7(Home Basic) to Win-10(Free Version provided by Microsoft), after the update to Win-10, Keyboard, mouse and touchpad was working perfectly.

But, somehow i decided to downgrade to Win-7 from Win-10 as i was not satisfied with performance of Win-10.

Now, after updating back to Win-7, Touchpad, keyboard and mouse not working at all.
not even in safe mode,.

I did not set restore point or backup image in laptop/DVD.

I got two options left either fresh install windows-7 or get back working input devices.

so, please help to me to get back working input devices.

Thanks in Advance

Ronit
