Question Downgrade not working

From i3 9100f,h310m,8gb 2666mhz ,120gb ssd ,Rx580 4gb ,W10 pro os
To a USED i5 3470,h61m,1600mhz..

Take note : ssd & GPU weren't replaced

Reason for downgrading I needed money

Problem: after I assembled all the components I connected the ssd that contains he previous file from previous system . Then when I try to power it on , the processor would run for a few secs then turns off all of a sudden. While GPU doesn't run at all.

What's the problem and solutions for my problem please help.

What exact MB ? Probably needs BIOS upgrade.

MB = MotherBoard.
Need a CPU that's compatible or take to service that can do it for you.

Like I said the GPU isn't working I cant use the display

As you can see from the list, it should work with an I3 2xxx processor or Pentium Gxxx which should be extremely cheap nowadays, with which will give you graphics too.
Only other way is to take it to somebody with EPROM programmer and that can do it without any CPU.

RX 580 requires 500W PSU minimum.

Nevermind, I found the problem which I found really funny. I foolishly removed the jumper that I used as an alternative power switch 😂
