Downgrade to windows 7 ultimate driver problems

I have a hp 15-r131wm Rev: 2213-110 laptop and it came with windows 8.1. Now like an idiot i went and downgraded to windows 7 ultimate 64 bit without making a recovery disk or doing my homework and i dont have the disk it came with. Now i have an os with alot of missing drivers so now i cabt access the internet nor can i download drivers to my usb and put them on because im missing those drivers too! Please help! Next time ill take more precautions.

Your HP laptop should have a hidden recovery partition on it containing a backup image of the factory default Windows installation.
Provided this partition is still intact you should be able to invoke Factory Recovery at boot time. See this HP support document:

Failing that, contact HP directly. They may be able to send you a set of recovery discs.

Alternatively, you can stick with Windows 7 & get the drivers (32-bit or 64-bit) here:

Download the 64-bit network drivers on a different PC & copy them to a pen drive.
Plug pen drive in to...
