If I go back to W8.1 will I be able to upgrade to W10 again?
The reason I ask is I downloaded the final build from http://microsoft-news.com/download-windows-10-rtm-build-10240-iso/
I upgraded from USB and it asked for a product code which it came with. I understand it should of used my W8.1 key. Now it will not activate. Some say activation servers are down until the 29th. It is a Dell laptop and the key is embedded on the motherboard. Although I have grabbed the key. If it does not activate Microsoft said they will be able to do it after checking my W8.1 key but on or after the 29th.
Just wondering about going back then taking the official upgrade path.
